This is a drive and park service. The employees are awesome. It can be slow at times but it can get very busy. But it's always worth the weight. I wouldn't recommend using door dash at pick times. Shakes are very popular here. The have a good variety.. Try some onion rings they are the best in town.

Qaise our sever was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. His attention to detail and positive attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Even with a busy crowd, he handled everything with a smile and made us feel truly welcome. Swensons never fails to impress, and thanks to Qaise, this visit was even better than expected. If you’re looking for great food and top-tier service, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back soon!

I don’t know what kind of elite track team Swensons is recruiting from, but Lainey straight-up sprinted to my car like her soul depended on delivering those fries before they had a chance to cool off. But here’s the real plot twist? She brought me THREE containers of pickles. Not one. Not two. Three. No questions asked. No judgment. Just pure pickle generosity. Lainey didn’t just serve food—she served divine intervention. She saw a need (my pickle obsession) and filled it without hesitation, like the absolute culinary saint she is. Swensons, give this woman a raise, a crown, or at the very least, a pickle-shaped trophy. Lainey, if you’re reading this: you are the fastest, kindest, pickle-bearing queen of the drive-in. I didn’t just leave with food—I left with hope.

Every time I visit Ohio, Swensons is a must-stop for me, and this visit was no different. While the food was as delicious as ever, what really made this experience special was my server, Ben. I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Ben before, and once again, he exceeded expectations. He was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect and even offering thoughtful recommendations. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel like a valued guest. Thank you, Ben, for such a great experience! I have been a longtime fan of this location and Swensons in general, but really wanted to say bravo to the new limited time Cordelia’s pimento cheese special. This is one of the most unique and perfectly crafted burgers I have ever had. The spices in the pimento cheese balance beautifully with the aromatic sweetness of the kool-aid pickles. This burger’s got me geeking out.

Went Swenson’s today (June 12) Best experience ever. Food...service, EXCELLENT. “Kyle” and another guy took care of us. (I wish I could remember his name because he was also top-of-the-line, he had a guy with him, I think was in training... What a pleasure to have such service. Such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to return. The chef that made the food.... I wanted to get out of my car and go in and say “well done”......Everything I wanted... The way that I wanted it... Thank you Swensons for hiring people that care and ensure you are pleased with your order.

We are from out of state visiting kids/grandkids. Stopped in for lunch and were getting out of the car to go inside, when one of the staff came out and explained that it was a full car service place. He gave us a couple of menus and explained that we just turn on our lights when we were ready to order. Food came out quick and they hung the tray on the window like I remember as a kid. We ordered the Galley burger, a cheeseburger, fries, a root beer shake and a strawberry banana shake. Loved the food. Everything was delicious. The manager came out to thank us for giving great compliments to our server. Will definitely go be the next time we fly out here.
